While autonomy has advanced rapidly, mechanisms for aligning human intent and enforcing accountability have not kept pace. This gap becomes critical as intelligent systems transition from tools to agents operating with increasing independence.

In response to this gap, the company pioneered the Policy Cards framework in 2025 as an AI-first approach to collaborative governance for intelligent agents.

Founded and operated by a Cambridge-trained researcher with experience leading applied AI research, prototyping, and delivery in industrial and high-stakes environments.
